Leeward Shores Association
Welcome to Leeward Shores! Leeward Shores Association is a small community of year round homes located just over the bridge onto Long Island in Moultonborough, New Hampshire.
Lot sizes are spacious and the location is superb, being located within walking distance to both its own private beach and docks on Lake Winnapausakee and the beautiful town beach located at the bridge.
Launching your boat will be easy as the town launch ramp is about one minute drive from Leeward Shores.
Within the Association, docking is made available on a waitlist basis. There are currently available moorings as well.
Docking is better than in most areas as Trexler's Marina, where dock rentals are available, is about a two-minute drive from Leeward Shores.
Enjoy all that lake living has to offer. Go by boat to eight towns from central lake location. The island is a beautiful natural deer habitat, with wildlife and tranquil scenery. You'll love riding in your golf cart to the private beach and docks.
Leeward Shores is just a short drive to downtown Meredith to enjoy boating, shopping, and dining.
